This Saturday morning class offers space to leave the past week behind as we ease up and into practice with some grounding breath work and gentle stretches. First we set the foundation and arrive in the present moment. Then we move into a stimulating Vinyasa Flow sequence and focus on elevating our energy levels. After building heat in our bodies we finally rest and restore with a cool-down sequence ending with a relaxing Savasana release.
Each class is designed to be a well-balanced mind-body workout open to all. We spend time working on well-known poses as well as exploring less familiar asanas. Aiming to find balance, we root down to rise up and challenge ourselves to find comfort in and connection to each living moment. All levels welcome / 60 min

In this Sunday morning class you will move through creative sequences that build strength and help increase flexibility. Each class is designed to guide you to live your purpose on and off the mat. Students will find that poses are not overly technical and mindful transitions and modifications are offered so each participant feels supported and finds the safest expression of each pose in their body. As you move through this class you will connect to your mind and body while igniting your spirit. All levels welcome / 60 min
All Flow aimes to stretch and strengthen the body while allowing the body and mind to relax deeply. The majority of the class is a well-paced mindful sequence allowing time to arrive in the present moment and find balance. The remaining 10 minutes of class will move to the ground to decompress in restorative shapes. All levels welcome / 60 min

Sound meditation is a healing practice that allows us to experience inner calm and deep relaxation through engagement of the parasympathetic nerve. We will move to deep ambient music with a carefully curated playlist to help bring us to the perfect mental space. After we move, we’ll dive deeper with the beautiful vibrations of a Gong.
